How can I get a current Price List?
Please contact the showroom nearest you or call Customer
Service at 800-523-1200. Registered Schumacher account holders can download the Price List through
our 'My Schumacher - Downloads Section'.
How can I check stock and price on your fabrics and wallcoverings?
If you are a registered Schumacher customer, you can view the online Price
List in the trade-only "My Schumacher"section. Signed in users may also use the "Check Stock" button located on product spec pages.
You can access
stock and price information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using EASI™ – our
Automated Voice Response Unit at 800-523-1200. Inquires may also be made
through Customer Service at 800-523-1200 during business hours, Monday through
Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM EST.
Can I check prices online?
Once you log in to the trade-only "My Schumacher" section you are able to download the latest price list as well as see prices on products that you search.

Can I check the status of my order on the website?
Signed in users can check order status from the "Order Status" page that allows you to check the status of your order and provide tracking information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Contact Customer Service at 800-523-1200 or email@example.com for assistance.
How do I change my web access system-generated password?
You can change your password by selecting To the Trade > Edit Web Access Info and following the instructions provided. If you continue to have problems contact Customer Service at 800-523-1200 or firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Where can I find Greeff designs?
In 2007 the Greeff brand was incorporated into the Schumacher line to improve
the shopping experience for our clients. Previous Greeff products are still
available through Schumacher and the timeless look of Greeff can now be found
in the Schumacher Classic line.
Where can I find designs from Decorator’s Walk?
In 2007 the Decorator’s Walk brand was integrated into the Schumacher
line to improve the shopping experience for our clients. Previous Decorator’s
Walk products are still available through Schumacher and the trendsetting aesthetic
of Decorator’s Walk can now be found in the Schumacher Modern line.
How do I open an account with Schumacher?
To open an account, we require that you to have a resale number and three trade
references. You can downlaod
and fill out the Account Application and Sales Agreement and fax a completed
copy to the Credit Department at 302-454-3247. New accounts can also be opened
through the showroom nearest to you, or you may contact Customer Service at
800-523-1200 for further assistance. All applications are subject to review
and approval by Schumacher.
How can I make a payment on my account?
Credit card payments can be made by
contacting Customer Service at 800-523-1200. You can either fax your check
to 302-454-3212 or mail your payment to: F. Schumacher & Co., 131 Continental Drive, Suite 300, PO Box 6002, Newark, DE 19713-6002. Include your Reference/Order
number on your check.
How do I submit a claim for damaged and/or defective product?
All claims should be submitted in writing with a detailed explanation
of the problem. If possible, please send a sample of the fabric and/or wallcoverings
in question. Always include your account number, account name, reference/order
number, contact name and telephone number. If you need further assistance,
please contact the Claims Department at 800-523-1200.

Are all of your fabrics and wallpapers featured on the website?
All products can be searched, but only collections from 2007 forward along with many best-selling patterns are imaged online. More product images are being added regularly so please check back regularly. If there is a specific product you are interested in that is not currently online, please contact your nearest showroom or Customer Service at 800-523-1200 or email@example.com for further assistance.
What is Bella-Dura™ Fabric?
Bella-Dura™ is an indoor/outdoor fabric that utilizes a proprietary solution-dyed yarn. The result are fabrics that possess in excess of 1,500 hours’ lightfastness. They are also bleach-cleanable, inherently and permanently anti-microbial, mildew and stain-resistant, and exceed 50,000 double rubs for durability. Fabrics made from Bella-Dura yarns exceed the rigorous durability requirements for hospitality/contract applications and are far above the heavy-duty residential standards. Do you provide custom design services?
Yes, we do provide custom design services for fabrics and wallcoverings not available in our regular line. In addition, new designs or historic reproductions of printed and woven fabrics and hand printed wallcoverings can be produced on a special order basis.
