and furnishings seen on Schumacher’s homepage. Most have detailed product
information and zoomable product photography online for easy viewing and
reference.
How can I check stock and price on your fabrics and wallcoverings?
If you are a registered Schumacher customer, you can view the online Price
List in the trade-only section of the Schumacher website. You can access
stock and price information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using EASI™ – our
Automated Voice Response Unit at 800-523-1200. Inquires may also be made
through Customer Service at 800-523-1200 during business hours, Monday through
Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM EST.
How do I find out who my sales representative is?

How can I get a current Price List?

Do you offer product research assistance?
Our showrooms are staffed with knowledgeable salespeople that can help you find products to meet your needs. For historic restoration projects, please contact our Contract Department at 800-523-1200.
Can you tell me about your exclusive to-the-trade program?
Our exclusive to-the-trade program allows you to receive additional discounts
on wallcoverings purchases. Please contact the showroom nearest you for additional
information.
How do I open an account with Schumacher?
To open an account, we require that you to have a resale number and three trade
references. You can downlaod
and fill out the Account Application and Sales Agreement and fax a completed
copy to the Credit Department at 302-454-3247. New accounts can also be opened
through the showroom nearest to you, or you may contact Customer Service at
800-523-1200 for further assistance. All applications are subject to review
and approval by Schumacher.
How can I make a payment on my account?
Credit card payments can be made by
contacting Customer Service at 800-523-1200. You can either fax your check
to 302-454-3212 or mail your payment to: F. Schumacher & Co., 1325 Old
Cooches Bridge Road, PO Box 6002, Newark, DE 19714-6002. Include your Reference/Order
number on your check.
How do I submit a claim for damaged and/or defective product?
All claims should be submitted in writing with a detailed explanation
of the problem. If possible, please send a sample of the fabric and/or wallcoverings
in question. Always include your account number, account name, reference/order
number, contact name and telephone number. If you need further assistance,
please contact the Claims Department at 800-523-1200.
